As for the whales, I agree. I think the 08’s were stronger than the earlier and current model, and easier to get to go off with a “bang,” at least from the handful that I’ve popped. I got a few of them on clearance at Fred Meyer for $5 / ea and knew I should have bought the whole rack of them.
